Cheshire Training Academy is a brand-new state of the art training centre where we believe in high standards & offer you the ability to qualify in your chosen course in a professional environment.

With this we offer all of our students an ongoing 10% discount off any of our commercial courses and the option to use our Academy as a salon base for them build clients and have a professional environment for them to deliver treatments once qualified.

The face behind the scenes 

I would like to take a minute to introduce myself and tell you a bit more about me, Jordanna!

I originally enrolled on a VTCT Level 3 Make up course in 2015 after the birth of my second daughter as my previous job just wasn't working for family life! Going back to college in my 30s felt daunting and challenging but I am a firm believer in finishing what you start - so I carried on with the course. 6 months after passing my qualification, I was approached by Blackburne House to teach the same course as a tutor. I took over the class in January 2017 and that’s where my love of teaching began. I've met the most amazing, inspiring people along my journey who gave me all the support and guidance I needed to not only deliver  such a big qualification but also to complete my Level 4 Teaching qualification aswell.

I finally took the leap to open Cheshire Training Academy in February 2020, after the arrival of my 3rd daughter! Just after this, the lockdown began and my plans to run my courses were put on hold until November 2020 when we reopened. Although the opening was everything I had hoped for, I couldn’t be prouder of myself, my family and my friends for all their support and most of all the learners who have enrolled on the first courses with us.
